Minimum Lease Term: 1 Year
Deposit: Equal to 1 months rent
All Rentals are Non- Smoking.
Pet Fee: We will accept a pet in most of our single family homes and a few of the Duplex apartments. We accept certified service animals in all of our units. When pets are permitted we charge $20 extra per month plus a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
Income requirements: Gross Monthly income must be equivalent to at least three times the monthly rent. Allowances for scholarships, study subsidies, and/or inconsistent income such as alimony, commissions or tips will require written verification. All applicants must have a verifiable source of income and be able to furnish acceptable proof of income including two most current pay stubs, signed employment offer letter, statements for income producing bank accounts, current w-2's or current student loan information.

Fair Housing: It is illegal, pursuant to Ohio Fair Housing Law, division (H) of section 4112.02 of the revised code and Federal Fair Housing Law, 42 U.S.C.A. 3601, to refuse to sell, transfer, assign, rent, lease, sublease, or finance housing accommodations, refuse to negotiate for the sale or rental of housing accommodations, or otherwise deny or make available housing accommodations because of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, as defined in section 4112.01 of the Ohio revised code, ancestry, disability as defined in that section, or national origin or to discriminate in advertising the sale or rental of housing, in the financing of housing, or in the provision of brokerage services. It is also illegal, for profit, to induce or attempt to induce a person to sell or rent a dwelling by representations regarding the entry into the neighborhood of a person or persons belonging to one of the protected classes.
Grounds for denial may include: -Landlord collections in the past 7 years
-One or more felonie convictions in the last 7 years
-Registered sex offender
Application Fee:The application fee is $25.00 (non-refundable) per applicant and due at the time the application is turned in for processing.
