Current listings

We handle a variety of rental homes and apartments in the village of Yellow Springs.
Apartment rental rates range from $300-$650.
House rental rates range from $500-1200.

Minimum Lease Term: 1 Year Approved Application with Rental References Required
Deposit equal to 1 months rent
Pet Fee: When pets are permitted we charge $20 extra per month plus a $200 non-refundable pet fee.

If you have Acrobat Reader (most people do) you can download a printable rental application by clicking here. Applications require a valid driver's license and a deposit to be complete so you will need to visit our office.

Please feel free to email Teresa Dunphy with a list of your rental needs. Please include the following information with your request:

  1. Number of bedrooms needed
  2. Do you have any pets? If yes, breed and size
  3. Date you would like to take occupancy
